Margaret Howell items may be returned within 28 days of receipt provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We offer a simple return process to ensure your experience remains consistent with our commitment to quality and service.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed returns form provided with your original shipment to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.
